Jairo Convers from Cafeteros : Suspended 6 games starting on 3/7/2010 and has to pay a $300 bond to come back to the league. Rafael Reyes from High Tech : Suspended 3 games starting on 3/7/2010 and has to pay a $50 fine to come back to the league. CSMSL Board of Directors have unanimously decided to penalize from now on the Referee Assignor, Mr. Jorge Andrade, $25 for each inaccurate or incomplete roster, and $100 for each roster from a troubled game without enough detailed information that will allow us to make a decision. Changes to our bylaws effective next season. 2.2 Withdrawal of Team prior to End of Season. should read as follows: (a) If a team abandones the current regular season and less than half of the schedule has been played, then the results of all the games for that team shall be nullified. If exactly one-half or more of the scheduled games have been completed by the abandoning team, then the results of all games played to the date of withdrawal shall stand and all remaining games shall be awarded to the would be opponents as forfeited games. If a team abandones during or right before the playoffs then the team with the highest points among the teams that didn’t make it to the playoffs should take its place. 4.4 Specific Infractions. (l) Forfeited Games. should read as follows: If a League game is forfeited to the opponent without play, or the referees orders a forfeit, the opponent shall be credited with the regulated amount of points (usually 3 points) and an unassigned score of 2 - 0 for the opponent team.
